1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using Trify, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

Trify is a personal finance tracking app that helps users manage expenses across three categories: Past (debt), Present (living), and Future (investment). The app is available in Free and Pro subscription tiers.

3. User Accounts

• You must sign in with a valid Google or Apple account
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• You agree to provide accurate and complete information

4. Subscription and Billing

• Free plan: Core expense tracking features at no cost
• Pro plan: Advanced features including cloud sync, insights, and CSV export, available via monthly or annual subscription
• Subscriptions are billed through Google Play (Android) or Apple App Store (iOS)
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your store account settings

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the app for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer or modify the app
• Use the app to store data belonging to other individuals without their consent

6. Data and Privacy

Your use of Trify is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Trify is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LP70 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Trify.

9. Financial Disclaimer

Trify is a personal expense tracking tool only. It does not provide financial, investment, or legal advice. Always consult a qualified professional for financial decisions.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
